Universal Design means creating one product for the widest range of users

Universal design is the process of creating one product for users with the widest range of abilities, in the widest range of situations - one size fits all. But this can make the product lose its effectiveness, hard to achieve any goals when your product has so many intended users. This is an old fashioned approach to being inclusive in design.
